A Wild Month of May
May 1968. Frédéric comes back to Nice after ten years spent in Africa. His ex wife called him help: since three months, their daughter Sophie has disappeared.
Like in Paris, Nice and his universities are also stricken by revolts. Worried, Frédéric contacts the cops Virgile Pancrazi and Vincent Casanova to investigate. They reveal Sophie’s secret business to him, her politic activities in Marxist-Leninist Youth Union.
By looking for his daughter’s closest friends, Frédéric rebuilds her student life. And discovers her ambiguities and dark secrets…
At the same time, we find on the beach the corpse of one of the Humanities professor. And some knew his extremist positions… Police investigation and father researches will evolve to cross.
